Building a structured agricultural estate for long-term production and value creation.

Tera Farms Investment is developing oil palm, coconut and mango estates in Nigeria, beginning in Biase Local Government Area, Cross River State. We are laying the groundwork first: land verification, technical assessment and disciplined planning before the first seedling goes into the ground.

Development stage: foundation land under verification. Figures on this site are labelled by confidence level.

Our purpose

What we are building

Tera Farms is an operating agricultural business, not a financial product. Our purpose is to establish a professionally managed crop estate with three crop divisions, shared infrastructure and transparent records.

The long-term target is a 500-acre estate. The foundation is a 50-acre parcel, reported by management to be in one contiguous area, which is being taken through verification, survey and technical assessment before land preparation begins.

Agricultural focus

Oil palm is the flagship crop. Coconut and mango are complementary divisions that diversify the estate, spread agronomic risk and make use of shared roads, water and management. Each crop has its own timeline to maturity and its own market.

Fresh fruit bunches for mills and, potentially, on-site processing in future.

CoconutComplementary

Year-round harvest rounds once bearing begins.

MangoComplementary

Seasonal fruit for fresh and processing markets.

Estate development roadmap

Initial planting is targeted within approximately 6 to 12 months. That window depends on land verification, survey, soil testing, drainage and topography assessment, land preparation, seedling availability, agronomist recommendations, available capital and applicable permissions. Every stage is published on the Transparency page as it is reached.

Plain language

How the agricultural business works

Revenue in an agricultural estate comes from what the land produces and what the market pays for it. For oil palm that means fresh fruit bunches and, potentially, processed palm products. Costs come first and for several years: establishment, maintenance, labour, inputs and management. Profit, if any, is what remains after those costs, and only a portion of profit can ever be distributed after reserves, obligations and taxes.

How revenue is earned
  1. Verify and prepare the land

    Ownership, survey, soils, drainage, layout.

  2. Plant and maintain

Years of establishment before commercial harvest.

  3. Harvest and sell

Produce is sold into established markets. Revenue arrives only here.

  4. Reconcile, reserve, reinvest

Costs, reserves and taxes come before any distribution.

Investor questions

Tera Farms Investment is a developing agricultural estate business in Nigeria. It is establishing oil palm, coconut and mango estates and intends to manage them professionally with transparent reporting.

Tera Farms intends to develop estates in more than one location. The first is in Biase LGA, Cross River State, Nigeria. Further locations will be announced once verified, and specific site details will be published once land verification is complete.

The long-term target is 500 acres. The current foundation is a 50-acre parcel, reported by management to be in one contiguous area and currently under verification. All acreage figures are preliminary planning allocations until survey is complete.

Initial planting is targeted within approximately 6 to 12 months, subject to land verification, survey, soil testing, drainage and topography assessment, land preparation, seedling availability, agronomist recommendations, available capital and applicable permissions.

Oil palm typically begins bearing fresh fruit bunches a few years after planting, depending on the planting material, site conditions and management. Tera Farms does not publish yield projections for its own estate at this stage.
